This is a INTERMEDIATE LEVEL TUTORIAL that was done in Photoshop. Both tablet and mouse users can use this tutorial. Even if you dont use photoshop, the fundamentals are still the same. The same technique can be used in Jewels with a little variation!

AN: Colour Tutorials are tricky for me, because these things only come with practice and exposure. So please forgive me if I'm unable to explain some things well.
